- Unfortunately, only Canada Post is able to deliver to PO Boxes. We ask any customers that are currently using a PO Box to reach out to us directly at info@lightonmecandles.com to update to an alternative shipping address. Any addresses that are not updated, or cannot be updated, will be held until the strike concludes and will be shipped out at that point.
- All orders to Canada are shipped via Purolator, Canpar, UPS or Fedex. All orders to the USA are shipped with USPS Expedited.
Canada and USA
Shipping is free* for all orders 70$CAD + (before taxes and after discounts) anywhere in Canada. Orders below this minimum will be entitled to a preferential flat rate of 12.95$CAD across the country.

- it is very important to double check the address entered when you place an order. we are not responsible for any costs incurred if there is an error or if you forget a detail (eg. unit number) in your address.
- we have a standard, 3-5 business days processing time, plus a 3-7 business days shipping ETA depending on your location. there may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier's end.
when your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to follow it along. this number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.
*please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery delays during peak periods such as during national sales days (Black Friday, Boxing Day), pre-sales promotions and during the holiday season.
- all shipping charges, including those for returns, are non-refundable. please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second shipping attempt will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to a free delivery on the initial order).it is your responsibility to pick up your package at the post office within the time limit set by Canada Post. if this time limit is exceeded and the package is returned to us, it may be reshipped (reshipment costs at the customer's expense), or refunded (less return shipping costs paid by LightOnMe Candles).
