Return Policy

You may cancel your order before we ship your package for a full refund.

You may return products, other than products marked final sale, in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase. In all other cases, all sales are final.

If you have received a damaged product or the items received do not match the order you placed, please contact us at info@lightonmecandles.com.

We will refund you for products that are damaged or missing and, if applicable, return the products missing from your order.

Refunds will cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return or exchange shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
