SHIPPING

Each address you choose to ship is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable.

  • Free shipping to Canada & USA:
    • We offer free shipping to Canada & USA for all orders over 60CAD before taxes.
  • Low Shipping cost:
    • To Canada: Calculated at checkout
    • To USA: Calculated at checkout
    • To Europa: Calculated at checkout
  • Shipping Couriers:
    • We use multiple couriers in order to provide our customers with the cheapest shipping options. Some of the courier we use include Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar and USPS!
  • Tracking order:
    • All orders will be tracked. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or cancelled.
  • Process & Delivery Times:
    • Delivery times will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 7 business days once your order has been delivery. Orders are typically processed in 2 business days. For specific delivery lead times, please contact us with your request before placing your order.
      LightOnMe Candles is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from LightOnMe Candles to the delivery address. LightOnMe candles is also not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

RETURNS

We stand behind our quality products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. LightOnMe Candles will replace any damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the date of your payment. Simply notify us within that time.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
